The elevation facade & roof framing sustained serious structural damage.
Restoration consisted of restoration of detailed moldings, millwork, corbel, radius trim pieces, tapered wood colums. The entry doors were made custom with light openings and mortise hardware.
New electrical, plumbing, and sustained glass decor were resored within the beautiful Victorian building. This project took a span of nine months, which was two months ahead of schedule.
The main service building sustained serious structural damage to the metal framing members including a main support girder, exterior siding, roofing panels, and purlins. The interior mezzanine and interior stairs were completely destroyed.
New framing members were fabricated and subsequently installed. The remaining tasks included the mezzanine structure, a complete new fire sprinkler system, new handicap bathroom facility, new space heater system, a modernized carbon reclamation system, a new electrical panel with numerous low energy lighting fixtures, and repainting the entire space.
This Italianate style home was built in 1877 and severely damaged by fire.
The complicated combination of pitched and flat roof structures has been completely removed and replaced.
The interior features a hand carved, mahogany radius grand staircase in the entry.
